Return and Refund Policy

Want to return your product(s) and get a refund? No problem - we are sorry that we did not work out for you! 

Return/Refund policy: 

• Please email silverapothecaryco@gmail.com to begin the conversation
• You have a maximum of 30 days upon the day of retrieval to submit a return request
• We will not accept any damaged items unless specified and proven it was damaged during shipment. 
• Please include a reason for the return (e.g., Broken item upon opening the box, melted candle, etc.)
• Refund will be processed and sent to the payment information associated with the card or account that paid for the original order. Please expect the payment to show up in your account within the time frame specified by your associated bank.
